Teren Neal is one of our Associate Member Artists who teaches Neurographic Art at Bellefonte Arts.

She refers to the designs on her ornaments as “neurodoodles” as they stem from an art therapy called Neurographic Art. The selected ornaments represent the many moods of the holidays and were done using metallic colored ink pens, and have images on both sides.

Neurographic art pieces typically are larger in size and include much more detail but the method of using art to relax when your mind is anxious or stressed can be done at any time using any medium at hand.
You can see these beautiful ornaments on the Bellefonte Arts community tree at Longwood Gardens, during the annual A Longwood Christmas (Nov 21, 2025 through Jan 11, 2026).
And keep in mind that if you are in need of some art therapy, check out some of Teren's Neurographic Art Classes offered at Bellefonte Arts.
